Igniiite's refund policy for memberships and Customer Factory purchases

Paid Igniiite Memberships
You may cancel your Membership without penalty within two (2) days of paying the Membership Fee to upgrade your account (or paying the renewal fee) and receive a full refund of the amount paid to Igniiite in connection with your Membership upgrade in accordance with Igniiite refund policy.
Chargebacks - Igniiite does not charge members without their permission! When enrolling in Igniiite and again when upgrading your account, you are required to manually click to confirm you agree to the payment terms and this Refund Policy. If you submit a chargeback, your account will be immediately downgraded and moved to the bottom of the Powerline. Igniiite will contest the chargeback and submit evidenciary materials to you bank proving that you agreed to these terms. Upon conclusion of the chargeback dispute process if your claim is denied, your Igniiite upgraded account will be restored, however your position in the Powerline and upgrade status of your account will be reset to the date your account was restored (you will lose your initial Powerline position).
Igniiite may adjust the terms of this Refund Policy at its discretion for any given situation, however in such cases this shall not invalidate the terms of the policy.
Customer Factory Purchases
You may cancel the purchase of Customer Factory credits for an upcoming month's advertising campaign and receive a full refund by submitting a support ticket so long as the ticket is submitted by midnight (Mountain Time) on the 25th of the month prior to the month of the advertising campaign. ALL OTHER PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. We take 100% of funds from Customer Factory purchases and apply them to advertising purchases which are non-refundable to the company, thus it is not possible to provide you a refund of any kind once the funds from your purchase have been committed to an advertising campaign. There is no specific guarantee of the number of customers you will receive from a purchase as advertising results vary from month to month. DO NOT PURCHASE CUSTOMER FACTORY CREDITS IF THERE IS ANY POSSIBILITY YOU WILL NEED TO REQUEST A REFUND.
